Complying with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) ground handling safety standards is an important basis for airlines to choose ground services.

To demonstrate the importance of ramp safety and to continuously improve service quality, our company passed the ISAGO certification on September 18, 2015, becoming the first ground handling agent at Taipei Songshan Airport to obtain ISAGO certification.

and is a qualified supplier of ground handling safety certification (ISAGO Provider); additionally, our Kaohsiung station has also obtained ISAGO certification.
