TASCO operated for more than fifty years and has been affirmed by domestic and foreign customers. To achieve high standards of service quality, ISO9001:2008 was integrated to our system. Kaohsiung Station was first committed to attain the ISO9002 accreditation certificate by KEMA in January 28th, 2000, then committed to attain the ISO9001:2000 accreditation certificate in January 18th, 2002.
Taipei Station was committed to attain the accreditation certificate by KSR in October 3rd, 2002, then committed to attain the ISO9001:2000 accreditation certificate in May 26th, 2003.
Taichung Station was committed to attain the ISO9001:2008 accreditation certificate by KEMA in January 9th, 2013.
In accordance with ISO 9001:2008 to revise the company manual in November, 2009. In order to comply with the new regulations, TASCO revised the company manual and quality assurance procedure according to ISO 9001:2015 in September, 2016.
To take account of company-wide consistency, a quality manual was release; quality manual based on the principles prescribed, except in accordance with the various stations organizations, operations and equipment differences, to formulate the quality assurance procedures and standard operating procedures. According to the scope of regulations, IATA- ISAGO, IGOM, TASCO management manuals and quality manuals, operating in line with ISO 9001, new version of standards of safety quality management system of the international quality assurance.
